Pricing and Billing
Kilavuz has no monthly subscription or project activation fee. AI drafting and answer improvement use the same credit balance. Manual editing, saving, and failed AI requests do not use credits.

The launch pack is only shown to eligible accounts during its configured 30-day campaign window. When the campaign is not active, the standard pack remains available.
Credits are deducted for actual successful AI usage. Drafting and improvement follow the same rule. Before starting, Kilavuz shows an estimated maximum credit amount; after completion, the actual amount is recorded in the balance. A pack does not guarantee a fixed number of completed projects because AI work varies by project.
Expiry and access
Each purchase creates a separate credit lot. Unused credits expire six calendar months after purchase. The account page shows the next expiry date and amount.
Verified free accounts can try three successful AI answers without adding a card. Full formatted project exports become available after the first approved credit purchase and remain available for saved work even if the balance reaches zero or credits expire. Manual work and access to saved content remain available.
Payment and receipts
Credit purchases are completed only through secure hosted checkout. Kilavuz never stores card numbers or CVVs. The payment return page does not increase a balance by itself: a purchase stays pending until payment confirmation is verified on the server. Completed purchases, credit usage, holds, refunds, expirations, and adjustments appear in billing history. Authorized users can access payment receipts there.
Refund and dispute adjustments are recorded against verified payment records. Tax and campaign terms follow the merchant-approved settings shown at checkout.
