Project Management

Kilavuz allows you to manage grant applications, research proposals, and enterprise initiatives in structured workspaces. Each project consolidates questions, AI-generated drafts, budget tables, and attachments into a unified dashboard.

Creating a New Project

To start a new project workspace:

  1. Sign in to your Kilavuz dashboard and click the New Project button on the home screen or left navigation bar.
  2. Enter a descriptive Project Title.
  3. Optionally, add a brief Description summarizing your project goals.
  4. Select the target grant or funding program (such as European Horizon, regional development, or national grants).
  5. Click Create Project to launch your new workspace.

Project Workspace Layout

When you open a project, you will find dedicated sections for every stage of preparation:

  • Questions & Outline: The structural hierarchy matching your grant questionnaire.
  • AI Assisted Answering: The drafting environment where project goals turn into polished responses.
  • Budget & Timetable: Tables for cost allocation, work packages, and milestone planning.
  • Attachments: Repository for supporting materials and background documents.
  • Export: Options for downloading the final submission document.

Switching Between Projects

If you manage multiple submissions:

  • Click My Projects in the navigation menu to review all your active workspaces.
  • Check completion status, last edited dates, and question counts for each project.
  • Click any project card to resume working right where you left off.
